under the price. We have no small print, no get out clauses ... It’s really
simple, you buy a property from us, we reward you.
Do we bump up prices to do this,
certainly not!
Nor do we charge any silly administration
charges for our services ... you are free to contact other agents,
developers or who ever you wish to find out the price of any properties.
We work with over 400+ developers in Spain, have many years of experience
promoting and selling properties in Spain.
There simply is no catch
, we do not take any money from you, all transactions
are dealt with your legal representatives in Spain.
Upon purchasing with
us you will receive a confirmation letter from us with your purchase details along
with the amount you’ll receive as a cash back on completion.
Our cash backs are sent to clients after we have received the commission
from the builders, this is usually 14 - 28 days after completion of your
property purchase.

Are your viewing trips high pressure?
Certainly not, our viewing trips are based on
a one to one service and we GUARANTEE no hard sales pressure, also we don’t
offer silly low cost flight packages like other companies. You simply pay
for the flights, and we arrange the transfers and accommodation.
Why do you give cash backs on property?
We are not a greedy company
, we are always being asked to do a deal on a property
purchase, lower the builders price and I will buy! -
No builder will do this
, some may offer better payments terms but will never
‘knock off’ a cent ... That’s why we offer a cash back.
Do you only give cash backs on certain properties?
All the properties we promote have a cash back on. We have
over 6,000 properties in Spain for sale new or re-sale.
Will your after-sales still look after me and my purchase?
Absolutely ...
Just because we reward you with a cash back, doesn’t mean our service will be poor. Each area we promote in has a dedicated office for sales and aftersales. Like all sales we do a bi-monthly build report will be sent to you either by post or email outlining updates on build, pictures of your property and pictures of the development. Should you need any further information, call us that is what we are here for, our clients are very important to us and we guarantee a 100% customer focus service.
How is the cash back worked out?
We basically use a percentage system, we get various rates
of commissions on the property we sell. If a property priced lower than 110,000€
then a minimum of 1,000€ cash back applies. Obviously the higher the price the more
cash back you will receive.
From time to time we will offer higher cash backs on certain projects,
these will be highlighted on the front page of the website.
The cash back price is based on the
property sales price only
- if a client has any extras ie, a private swimming pool or perhaps
air-conditioning fitted, these items are commission free so we are unable to give any extra
cash back for these.

the cash back on this will be 2,626€ -
approximately
£1,811 - nice saving eh!
Another example:
Property purchase price - 269,500€ - cash back on this
property will be 3,260€ -
Approximately £2,248 - another nice reward for buying from
